All help topics01Are your diamonds real?
Yes. Every stone we set is a lab grown diamond with the same carbon structure, hardness and grading scale as a mined diamond, and each comes with an IGI certificate carrying the report number inscribed on the girdle.
02What is the difference between 925 silver and 14kt gold pieces?
925 sterling silver is 92.5% pure silver, BIS hallmarked, and sits in the ₹999 to ₹5,000 range. Our 14kt gold pieces are solid gold set with lab grown diamonds and are priced by weight and stone size.
03Will silver tarnish over time?
Sterling silver reacts with air and moisture. Store each piece in its pouch, keep it away from perfume and water, and use the cleaning cloth in your box. In-store polishing is free for life.
04How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Metro deliveries usually arrive in 2 to 4 days, the rest of India in 4 to 7. Free shipping applies on a minimum purchase of ₹999, and cash on delivery is available.
05Can I return or exchange a piece?
Easy 5 day returns and exchanges from the day of delivery, on unworn pieces in original packaging with the certificate. Custom and engraved orders are not returnable.
06How do I find my ring size?
Use the ring size guide on any product page, or book an appointment at the studio and we will size you in person. First resize within 30 days is free.
